Shipping & Collection Policy

At Le Patron Collection, all our hair is made to order, ensuring you receive fresh, high-quality bundles crafted just for you. Please allow 5-10 working days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. We recommend placing your order in advance to ensure timely delivery for your needs.

Collection Option (East London and Surrounding Areas Only)

If you are based in London EAST LONDON AND SURROUNDING AREAS ONLY, local collection is available once your hair has arrived. Please mention that you would like to collect your order before placing it, so we can prepare it accordingly. After ordering, contact us via Instagram or our WhatsApp business line to arrange a convenient collection time.

Shipping Timeline

Hair takes 5-10 working days to process and dispatch to us, after this we will begin to ship your order. Delivery times vary depending on your location:

●               UK: Shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery (tracked and signed for). Typically arrives within 1–3 working days.

●               EU: Shipped via DPD usually 5–10 working days. Customs delays may occur; we are not responsible for any customs fees.

●               USA & Canada/International Shipping: Shipped via DPD, expected within 5-10 working days. Customs delays may occur; additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.

 All orders are tracked and require a signature upon delivery.

 Important Notes

●               Working days exclude Saturdays and Sundays.

 

 ●               Please be aware that weekends and UK Bank Holidays are not included in processing or shipping times. Orders placed after 9:00PM on Fridays will be processed the following week, as Friday is treated as a non-processing day.

 

●               Holidays, courier delays, and customs clearance may affect delivery times.

 

●               Once your parcel is with the courier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Please contact the courier directly for any issues.

 

●               Customers are advised not to schedule hair appointments or consultations until they have received and inspected their order. Le Patron Collection cannot be held liable for missed, delayed, or cancelled appointments.

 

●               Please be aware that when placing orders your billing and shipping address MUST match. We do not ship to p.o boxes and addresses that are not confirmed. Please reach out to us via email or text before placing your order if you need your package shipped to another address that doesn't correspond with your billing address. 

 

●               Additional customs fees may apply for international orders; customers are responsible for these charges.

 

●               USA/INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: All orders shipped to the USA will require import duties and taxes to be paid before delivery. 

A secure payment link will be sent directly to you by our shipping partner, DPD. 

Payment must be completed before your order is released for delivery.

Orders unpaid after 5 days will be returned to us. 

Please ensure your email and phone number are entered correctly at checkout to avoid delays.
