Shipping policy

Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

At Le Patron Collection, every order is carefully prepared to ensure you receive premium-quality hair. As the majority of our hair is made to order, please allow 5–8 working days for your order to be processed before it is shipped or made available for studio collection. 

This processing period allows us to source, inspect and prepare your hair to our high standards.

Delivery: Once your order has been processed and dispatched, standard delivery takes approximately 3–5 business days.

Please note that this does not include international orders. For international shipping timelines, please refer to our Shipping Timeline.

Studio Collection: If you select studio collection at checkout, you will be notified as soon as your order is ready to collect. Studio Collection orders are subject to the same 5–8 working day processing period.

Please note that weekends and bank holidays are not included in working/business days.

We keep a selection of our most popular hair on hand and ready to go, making it easier for our UK clients to get their hair sooner.

Our Hair On Hand collection is available to view online. Simply head to Hair On Hand — Ready to Collect/Ship to view our current available items, as well as information on how to order.

You can choose between:

Studio Collection — Leyton, London E10
Collect your order directly from our studio the same day or within 1–2 business days.

Express Delivery
Express delivery is available for Hair On Hand orders. Orders are dispatched within 1 working day, with delivery arriving within approximately 2–3 working days.

As our Hair On Hand stock is updated regularly, availability is limited and may change frequently.

Looking for a different length? Our main Hair Collection offers a wider selection of lengths from 12”–40”, subject to our usual processing times.

Please note: Hair On Hand items are not eligible for discounts or Bundle Deals.

Shipping Timeline

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

UK

  • Royal Mail Standard Delivery (Tracked & Signed)
  • Estimated delivery: 3-5 working days

Europe

  • Royal Mail Tracked & Signed 
  • Estimated delivery: 5–10 working days
  • Customs delays may occur. Any customs duties or fees are the responsibility of the customer.

USA, Canada & International

  • Royal Mail Tracked & Signed 
  • Estimated delivery: 5–10 working days
  • Customs delays may occur. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

All orders are fully tracked and require a signature upon delivery.

Important Information

  • Working days exclude weekends and UK Bank Holidays.
  • Orders placed from Friday, Saturday, Sunday will begin processing the following working week (Monday) 
  • Courier delays, peak periods and customs clearance are outside of our control.
  • We strongly recommend not booking hair appointments until your order has been received and inspected. Le Patron Collection is not responsible for missed, delayed or cancelled appointments.
  • Billing and shipping addresses must match. We do not ship to PO Boxes or unverified addresses. If you require delivery to an alternative address, please contact us before placing your order.
  • USA and certain international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. A secure payment link will be sent by our shipping partner before delivery. Orders remaining unpaid after 5 days may be returned to us, you will have to pay another shipping fee for a return back to you.
