1.     How long does delivery take?

All our products are made-to-order. Please allow 5-10 working days from the date of ordering for your items to be processed and delivered.

UK Customers: You also have the option to collect your order upon arrival for added convenience.

Please select COLLECTION/PICK-UP at checkout for free. 

We strongly advise ordering well before you need the hair, especially for special occasions, installs, or events. This ensures you receive order on time and without delays.

2.     Is collection available?

Collection is available within the United Kingdom once your order is ready. Customers based in London, East London, and surrounding areas can take advantage of this service.

Please contact us in advance to confirm availability based on your location. Once confirmed, you can select Collection at checkout free of charge.

You will be notified as soon as your order is ready for collection.

3.     Do you operate on a made-to-order basis?

Yes, Le Patron Collection operates on a made-to-order system currently. Please allow 5-10 working days for your order to be processed and dispatched. 

4.     Can I dye the virgin hair?

Yes. Our Mink Virgin Cambodian hair can be dyed.

We highly recommend that any colouring or bleaching is carried out by a professional to maintain the hair’s integrity and longevity. You can also consult us prior for any colouring services and we will book you in with our Sister Brand @thedollhouseexpbysd, we highly recommend.

5.     How light can the hair lift?

Our virgin hair lifts beautifully up to a level 9 blonde, one of the lightest blonde shades — a level most standard virgin hair cannot safely reach.

This speaks to the purity and premium quality of our extensions.

6.     How many bundles do I need for a full look?

For the fullest, most luxurious finish, we recommend the following:

●               10–18 inches: 2 bundles

●               20–22 inches: 2–3 bundles

●               24 inches: 3 bundles for optimal fullness

●               26 inches and longer: 3–4 bundles for maximum volume and coverage

Tip: For a seamless, natural finish, we recommend pairing your bundles with a closure or frontal. Longer lengths naturally appear finer, so adding extra bundles helps maintain a full, bouncy, and glamorous look.

7.     Is the lace HD?

Yes. We exclusively specialise in ultra-thin HD lace, recognised for its fine knots and flawless melt. Our lace delivers a natural, undetectable finish that blends seamlessly into the skin for a realistic, skin-like appearance.

8.     Is your hair ethically sourced?

Yes, our hair is ethically sourced from 1-2 donors. We work with trusted suppliers who follow ethical collection practices.

9.     Do you offer wholesale? 

Yes, we offer wholesale options. Wholesale is currently available on 10× Mink Virgin Cambodian Straight bundles (lengths 18”–30”) and 6× Mink Virgin Cambodian bundles (lengths 18”–30”).

10.  Does the hair shed or tangle?

Minimal shedding is natural with all human hair. However, our bundles are expertly crafted to be extremely low-shedding and tangle-resistant, ensuring a smooth, manageable, and luxurious experience when properly cared for.
