Le Patron Collection is a redefined luxury hair brand created for women who value quality, elegance, confidence, and effortless style.
Le Patron means “The Boss” — a reflection of the woman who owns her look, her confidence, and her presence. When I created Le Patron Collection, I wanted to build more than a hair brand. I wanted to create a luxury experience centred around exceptional quality, intentional design, and the confidence that comes from knowing you have invested in hair you can truly rely on and wear install after install, a true investment.
Every piece in our collection is carefully selected and crafted with precision, with a focus on quality, longevity, versatility, and timeless beauty.
My Story
Le Patron Collection was born from a vision God placed upon my heart — a vision rooted in faith, elegance, empowerment, and purpose.
Growing up around my mum’s hair business, I developed a genuine passion for the beauty industry from a young age. I saw first-hand the confidence that quality hair could bring and how much a woman’s appearance could influence the way she felt about herself.
That early experience stayed with me.
Combined with my academic background in BA Business Entrepreneurship and Innovation, I knew I wanted to create something of my own — something that reflected my passion for business, beauty, quality, and empowerment.
Bringing Le Patron Collection to life required faith, obedience, trust, and the courage to step forward and act on the vision God had given me.
As Proverbs 16:3 reminds us:
“Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and He will establish your plans.”
Le Patron Collection is a reflection of that journey. It is my way of creating something that allows women to invest in themselves, feel confident in their appearance, and step into their own boss era.
The Founder
I am Mickayla Paris, the founder of Le Patron Collection, a Business Entrepreneurship and Innovation Graduate and faith-led entrepreneur.
Everything I do with LPC is intentional. From the hair we source to the quality control behind every order, I have always wanted to create a standard that I could be proud to put my name behind.
My commitment is simple: to provide premium hair, an elevated experience, and a brand that women can trust.
Le Patron Collection represents the intersection of faith, vision, luxury, and intentional execution — and this is only the beginning.

Our Premium Virgin Hair is selected for its exceptional quality, softness, strength, versatility, and ability to lift beautifully when professionally coloured.
One of the qualities that sets our Premium Virgin Hair apart is its exceptional lifting ability. While many Virgin Hair collections lift to around Level 7, our Premium Virgin Hair is capable of lifting to Level 9 blonde when professionally coloured, allowing for beautiful, vibrant colour while maintaining the integrity of the hair when properly cared for.

For me, Le Patron Collection has always been about more than the hair itself.
I believe in empowering women beyond the product, which is why we have expanded into wholesale opportunities and 1–1 mentorship for aspiring entrepreneurs who want to build or grow their own hair brands.
Through our mentorship, I share the knowledge and experience behind building a hair business — from sourcing and branding to positioning, pricing, and maintaining elevated standards.
I want other women to know that they can build something of their own too.
