Le Patron Collection, meaning The Boss Collection, was born from a vision God placed upon my heart, a calling rooted in faith, elegance, empowerment, and purpose. Bringing this vision to life required trust, obedience, and the courage to step forward boldly.

Growing up around my mum’s hair business, I developed a deep passion for the beauty industry and an early understanding of the confidence that quality hair can bring. That foundation, combined with my academic background, inspired me to create a brand that not only delivers exceptional hair, but also empowers women to step into their boss era with confidence.
The Founder
Le Patron Collection is founded by Mickayla Paris, a Business Entrepreneurship and Innovation Graduate and faith-led Entrepreneur. Guided by a God-given vision, Mickayla built Le Patron Collection on the principles of obedience, integrity, and elevated standards.
